At EazyFynd, we respect your privacy and provide you with the ability to delete your account at any time. This policy outlines the process for account deletion, data retention, and what happens after your account is removed.
How to Delete Your Account
If you wish to delete your EazyFynd account, follow these steps:
Go to Account Settings: Navigate to the “Settings” section in the EazyFynd app.
Select “Delete Account”: Click on the “Delete Account” option.
Confirm Deletion: Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your request.
Email Request (if needed): If you encounter any issues, you may also request account deletion by emailing admin@eazyfynd.com from your registered email address.
2. Data Retention & Deletion Timeline
Once you initiate the deletion process, your EazyFynd account will be deactivated immediately.
Your personal data will be automatically deleted within 90 days unless required by law to retain certain information (e.g., for fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution).
Any ongoing transactions, pending bookings, or active services will be canceled upon deletion.
After 90 days, all associated data, including profile details, transaction history, and messages, will be permanently erased from our systems.
3. Exceptions to Immediate Deletion
In certain cases, EazyFynd may retain specific information even after account deletion, including but not limited to:
Data necessary to comply with legal obligations (such as tax laws or regulatory requirements).
Information related to fraud detection, abuse prevention, or dispute resolution.
Anonymized or aggregated data that does not personally identify you.
4. Reactivating Your Account
Once your account is deleted, it cannot be restored.
If you wish to use EazyFynd again, you will need to create a new account from scratch.
